I got home, made dinner, ate dinner, iced and rolled out my feet and I finally ran out of excuses and things to do. I warmed up and cranked out the pushups: 14, 14, 10, 10 and a maximum of 20! HAHAHA! I crack me up sometimes. All that anxiety for nothing!
MY OBSERVATIONS:
- Yowza!! I am probably going to be sore!! I really felt every single one of those pushups.
- The 60 second rest definitely feels short. I think I prefer a 90 second rest.
- I worked up a sweat completing the 5 sets.
- The last set of 20 pushups was definitely to exhaustion. There was no way I would have been able to do 1 more.
- I procrastinated all day long because the number of pushups per set was really playing tricks with my head yet when I started, all of the apprehension and doubt just melted away.
- I didn't have a target for my last set so I surprised myself that I completed the same number as Week 1 Day 3.
